WHAT ACTIONS CAN I TAKE TO RECOVER MONEY FROM TENNANTS FOR UNPAID RENT AND THE COST OF REPAIRING THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE DONE TO MY PROPERTY.

THEY ARE JOINT TENNANTS,THEY ARE BOTH UNEMPLOYED AND HAVE NO SAVINGS.

CAN I APPLY TO HAVE MONEY DEDUCTED FROM THERE BENEFITS?
