Hi,

I am wishing to hard wire each flat with a digital cable. Various Internet Service Providers will do that work free of charge. However there are a number of hidden costs. Their agreements prevent me from working on my own property without giving them 6 months notice, they are entitled to sell on the permission to third parties who themselves may use my property as a route for more cabling, I cannot alter the routing of their cabling or indeed touch it at all, I have no control over the aesthetic quality of their work. I encumber the property so far as my mortgage providers are concerned. Does anyone have any solutions?
One option is to hard wire the system with my own contractors. Do you have any such experience.
