Would be grateful for any advise. Done credit checks on a couple of prospective tenants that didnt score great. Just done check on one of the gurantoors, scores +185, but still doesnt fall within the RLA guide score of above 250. The gurantoor was not on the electoral roll, any advise please before I take things further, Thanks.
