what can i expect when i meet the bailiff tomorrow?

Can anyone please advise what i can expect when i meet the bailiff at my property tomorrow?

I have been through the court route to repossess my property (Sct 21 Repossession order) and the bailiffs are meeting me at my property tomorrow.

The tennant dissapered over 4 months ago (in a hurry) as they left most their possessions (worth nothing) in the property.

I have a key to the property so have no need to break in.
I will change the locks.

Apart from the bailiff overseeing the process what else will they do?
Will they take items from the property?
Are they allowed to take items from the property?
Do i have to let them in?
