As I normally only use my first christen and surname as I am known by this, I put this on my tenant's agreement and on the section 21 notice requiring possession.
I will have to go to court to get a possession/evition order and I wonder if the court will throw it out on a technical error and I will have to start all over again?
Any advice please.
