Can anyone help regarding landlord software? We have 8 properties and need to organise property maintenance costs, general expenses, rental income, tax etc. We also would like it to prompt us re legislation compliance with things like Corgi, EPCs etc I want to make sure that we get the right software with good support and back up. Any suggestions?
