A SECTION 21 WAS ISSUED AT THE BEGINNING OF A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM AGREEMENT. THE TENANCY RAN OUT IN AUG SO THE CONTRACT HAS JUST BEEN ROLLING OVER ON A MONTHY BASIS BUT NOW MY TENANT IS MORE THAN EIGHT WEEKS IN ARREARS WILL I HAVE TO ISSUE ANOTHER SECTION 21 BECAUSE THE INITIAL TENANCY HAS RAN OUT.
