Hi Silverfox,

It was the tenant fault, the weste fitting was find to be broken and the hard cement was in the pipe. I showed the report what my plamber wrote to the estate agent and they told me I had to pay and don't blame the tenant, things can break. My tenant has be in my property for only eight months.
