I have someone who can get a guarantor but this person is their grandma and she does not have driving licence or passport. I asked for a copy of her birth certificate but could not give me this either.

They offered a copy of their bus pass! Would this be fine to use to attach to the guarantor form in lieu of driving licence or passport as it seems to fulfill the same purpose to me but I just wanted your thoughts on this one.
