spent whole day cleaning out property ready to market after tenant up and left.I also had goods to move from garden, dog pooh 6 black bags, made 6 trips to the local tip in all.I intend to charge for having to do these jobs,and would like to know if there is an allowable fee just incase I end up having to go to the court. thanks jan.
