Question for RLA -

On the above form relating to the DPS it asks for forwarding address, where the tenant can be contacted at the end of the tenancy. How is it possible to put an address in at the beginning of the tenancy when it is your property they are renting and probably haven't even considered where they will be after the end of the tenancy the deposit relates to?

Another quick one

The tenancy application and tenancy personal detail forms do not have an area requesting an e-mail address. Is it possible to include this?
