I'm a Letting/ Managing agent who is somewhat different from most. Bit of background, I am a graduate in Law and have passed the Association of Residential Letting Agents Technical Award so I’m not your average property 'salesman'. We are a family business who have been landlords for 20 years and own a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, so again not your average. We manage properties from Bromley to Hertfordshire to Middlesbrough.
This business doesn’t have the flashy office, cars or staff. You have one point of contact throughout the whole process, me. I have worked for large multi- branch and single office agencies before and I've proven time and time again that I'm a damn sight better than them (I have many testimonials I can email to you)
I offer 7% Let Only fee and 10% Full Management (no VAT). No Tenancy Agreement, admin, inventory fees etc are to be borne by you and no VAT to pay. I hold all appropriate insurances and am a member of mydeposits.co.uk and the Residential Landlords Association and HMRC if you are an overseas Landlord.
We’ve been going for a few years now and I only take on new properties that I am confident I can manage without needing to rely on anyone else so its a hugely personable service. I only rent properties to tenants I would have live in one of our own and I only rent properties that I myself would live in.
An added benefit to Landlords is having our own Property Maintenance team (complete with correct Public Liability insurances) so any maintenance you need for your investment is handled by us without the agent normally adding a commission to the job.
I've had some enquiries from posts I've replied to on this forum and have already 'Let' one property on the back of it. I could go on but would prefer to discuss with you how I could add value to your rental investment.
