Please can you advise;

1 Do I print out the form and fill it in by hand?

2 Number 7 (c) "Name, address and details for Landlords" - this is not very clear - is this where I put my own details as the landlord? The word "for" doesn't make sense?

3 What contact details can I put for contacting the tenant at the end of the tenancy?

4 Do I delete / cross out details that aren't relevant. i.e contact details of any other person who pays the deposit.
