I have 2 existing tenants in a property on a letting agents 6 month AST due to run out at end of Jan 13. The tenancy deposit was taken by the agent and protected by them.

The tenants want to extend for a 2nd term of 6 months but I want to do the AST myself. Can I leave the original deposit protected as is?
