Hi,

One tenant left the country saying take the deposit as a rent for his last month. However, he is still not releasing it via DPS system, ple advise.

Another tenant left a year a ago, we asked for £70 for cleaning, and use of electric heater in his room, but he dis agrees and have not done anything about the deposit it is still with DPS. ple advise
