I have a new tenancy agreement prepared by an agent which is for the term of 1 year till 17 October 2009. If I wanted to get a section 21 signed does it have to 'expire' on 17 October 2009 or can it be for 6 months into the tenacy despite term being 12 months. I have only used the RLA agreement before and had section 21's to come into force after 6 months of tenancy.
Many thanks for advice as usual.
