Hi.
I am thinking about purchasing a HMO in Norwich Norfolk.
The building has about 10 units.
It offers a good yield.
But I have been told the hmo licence has expired.
Can u advise me of what I need to do should I buy the property and any other advice you can give me a hmo.
Please let me know.
Many thanks.
