I have a Gas homecare arrangement. My tenant demanded instant attention. She had lost the number I had given her. I left a message on her phone which she said she never received. Both the gas and another man could not do it un till Tuesday morning. My other man had been out at extra expense and said the boiler needed a new fan. To make use of the insurance The gas Homecare were booked. Tenant now says she wont be in as its cold and gone to her Grans asks if I could I go. Well I'm away. Told her get her family to sit in for the boiler man. Am I correct in thinking that if I provide a servis and she obstructs it, its her fault. Or is the poor old landlord in the wrong again. Should I make a 50 mile round trip to sit in for a tenant who is awkward. Unemployed, in trouble with police, money lenders, antisocial behaviour, one parent mum from hell.
