I would appreciate your ever useful opinion, I ordered a kitchen unit from a kitchen company, I paid cash on delivery. but my kitchen fitter noted that few of the kitchen parts did not arrive.

this was in january, i have tried to contact the company, both through letter writing and telephone call to no avail.

the tenant in the property, could not wait after 17 weeks of waiting, they reported the case to environmental health and left with 1 month rent.unfortunatly i have no deposit with them .

i have also tried after that to contact this company with no success
