Hi there we are an agent that has been managing a property for six months, the tenancy agreement is now at an end - ended end of March and the tenant has moved out. During the tenancy we did the inspections when due etc and everything fine. On final inspection on check out there were some problems and the tenant agreed that there had been some damage and signed the inventary to this effect. Both tenant and landlord cannot come to an agreement, is this now their responsibility along with the Deposit Protection Scheme or are we expected to still be involved - acting as a go between.

thanks
