Hi All
My tenant recently phoned me to say that her neighbours drains were blocked and the pipe was running through my garden so it was my responsibility, there was some workers came out and said it was rain water getting in,the drains on my property are fine but the tenant said there is a horrible smell of suers in the house every so often,i was just wondering if anybody can shed any light on this for me before it costs me to have someone have it checked out.

Thanks
