As well as renting residential property here in england, i have just bought in spain. How do I go about long term rentals for my apartment as well as the usual weekly holiday booking. I have a web site to book holidays on with but its the long term or up to 6 monthly rental I am wondering about. Do I or can I use the same agreement I use for over here for residential.
