Has anyone known it take 5 months to remove a tenant on a section 21 which expired on 4th March and we have only just got a Hearing date. We're doing it through a legal company and they're saying it does take this long. I've spoken to the Court and they say 6 weeks should be the longest if we had done a Accelerated Possession Order. Is our legal representative being honest with us?
