Am in a situation whereby tenants owe rent and have mislaid deposit number to release deposit to me. One tenant who has done a runner owing rent and obviously will not be able to release deposit held by the scheme. The scheme seemsvery one sided and no incentive to the tenant to allow release of deposit when so much rent is owed,
