If I use an agent and a third party (i.e. citizens advice bureau) ask the agent on behalf of the tenant (so they say) under Section 1 of the Landlord Tenant Act for my name and address should the agent provide this? We have a on-going dispute with the return of the tenant's deposit which is the relevence of the enquiry
