Why are you holding two months rent? Its not illegal not take a deposit although if you do hold a deposit you must register this with an accredited scheme. It is advise to take deposits, two months rent in advance meaning the tenant would pay rent for the first two months? then what? you have no secure funds in place should they trash the place.
