Having inspected the property following departure of my tenant I have found flecks of paint in various parts of the carpet along with a larger area of paint spillage. A sizeable dollop of paint was also found on the front of the fitted wardrobe. I am aware that the tenant has caused this as the room has just been repainted by the tenant and the spillage is in this colour.

Please advise as to appropriate charges for this damage.
