Over the last 10 years I have always served a Section 21 Notice at the start of the tenancy and have never had any problems. I have also made sure that I got the prospective tenant to sign that they received the notice along with the Tenancy agreement. It has now come to my notice that this practice is now being frowned upon and can be appealed against on the grounds of it could be construed as "entrapment". Has any other member had any similar experiences? Thanks Terry
