I wonder if there are others being asked to pay almost double the premium?
Two of the properties I own are flats which form part of a greater building which is managed by the council. They charge a ground rent which includes basic building insurance. There is no public liability included so previously we bought top up insurance via the RLA. The cover allows for some amount of contents and public liability.
The renewal price has just been advised and it is almost double the amount paid last year. Does anyone have a suggestion which may help please?
