I have just read a post about issuing a S21 at the same time as issuing an AST. I noted with interest,the reply from the RLA helpdesk and wonder if the point about not being able to issue a S21 before any deposit has been placed in a scheme, could be added to the advice given in the documents section. I was unaware of this and nothing in the guidance about S21's appears to point that fact out?? Or maybe I'm missing something??? Thanks.
