Deadline for depositguard

We have four tenants on ASTs in our property. We have recently sent them the forms and addenda for registering their tenancies with the new Depositguard scheme. We have also registered their original deposits with Depositguard. We have only received one tenant's signed agreement re Depositguard to date. Is there a deadline for the others? If we do not receive the signed agreements by the deadline do we or the tenants lose out?
