Hello,

My plumber fix the blocked sink and he wrote on the report, weste fitting was found to be broken by person unkonwn and in the pipe was hard cement. I showed this report to the estate agent and he said that I had to pay it and they take out of her deposit when she leave.Is this right? it took me two weeks to fix the blocked sink, is that ok.
