I HAVE AN OLD AGREEMENT WHICH I M HOLDING DEPOSIT,

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER THE OLD DEPOSITS?

IF YES

CAN I GIVE A NOTICE TO THE TENANT THAT THE DEPOSIT IS BECOMING RENT INSTEAD?
