Hi there

A landlord has said that she wants to keep alot of stuff stored in the loft when she rents the house out and pad lock it!! I said i didnt think that this was a very good idea, she said she has seen property advertised where the cellar is not included in the lease as people use it for storage can you advise if this is acceptable or not - thank you
