We hired the services of a failry large letting agent to fully manage our property.

For 7 months they provided a good service, then suddenly we recieved a letter saying that they had been bought by another local agent and ever since we've had nothing but trouble.

We have just given them the required 2 months notice to terminate the contract and they have told us we must pay £400 finders fee because the tenant is staying.

Does anyone know if our terms of business would be still valid?

Barry
