Agent has gone under and were holding the deposit

One of my properties was rented out through a local independent estate agent a year ago. This agency took the deposit from tenant and put in a TDS with My Deposits, Tenancy Deposit Solutions. The deposit never passed through my hands. The tenancy has now expired and the tenant has moved out. The Estate Agent is no longer trading and is not contactable. What is my best option in getting the deposit back to my tenant?
