I am having a problem with Taylors who are acting as tenant finders. They know i am registered with DepositGuard but refuse to allow the tenant to pay me the deposit direct! It has taken them well over a week to pay the money across to me. They claim They were fined for failure to registered deposit but insisted I show them proof of registration before asking their accounts to send me the deposit.
Can They do this?
