Can anyone tell me if their tenants have used an insurance scheme called "Deposit Replacement Insurance"
This is when the landlord does not require a deposit, but the tenant must insure themseleves under a Deposit Replacement Insurance.
Any damage caused at the end of the year is sent to the insurance company by the landlord and damage is paid back to the landlord as long as they have an inventory. (£150.00 Excess) Has anyone used this scheme? I would love to know what you think of it.
Thank you for your help.
