Smart Move Estate Agent Unfair withholding all of the deposits money and refused to cooperate with me and my solicitor. Tenant was evicted out of my property on the 07/12/2011 and left the property in very poor condition and it show on the inventory. They failed to return all the calls made by my Solicitor and myself and ignored all our letters.

I am taking them to small claim court. What will the judger say?
