Hi,

My tenants tenancy ends today. They will not be moving out as they have nowhere to go. They are in arrears with rent. I will be seeking repossession through the court. In the meantime, I have their tenancy deposit under the RLA deposit scheme but it expires today. Do I need to renew the tenancy deposit scheme whilst repossession is going to court?
