If we spend a considerable amount of time putting together a case for a TDS tribunal, and win the case against the tenants, are we able to put a claim in for time taken in preparing the case?

I ask because we have just won a case, but it actually took the best part of a working date to put the evidence together and write the justification for the landlord. We as the agency have won the case for the landlord, but as the agency we have nothing to show for our hard work.

Any suggestions?
