Hi everyone
This is going to be my first eviction.My contract states that she pays monthly but she has been paying me weekly,i want to go straight to the section 8.when can i produce this as she stopped paying on the 27/06/2008 weekly rent £126.93 and has paid nothing since.Her contract started 16/04/2008.Can i make them pay for all costs incurred so i am not out of pocket at a later date as her husband is working and if thats the case i would get the profesionals to do it for me
