Hello,

On our tenancy agreement we intend to add clauses such as an amount is payable upon renewal of the tenancy and reminders letters cost x amount for example.

Our question is, if a tenant disputes these even though they have signed the clauses, can we deduct the money from the deposit? If the answer is no, presumably the dispute would need to be resolved by the deposit protection company, do you know if they should legally side with us?

Thanks,
