Please check- I think you have just 14 days after end of tenancy to return deposit.
I would send a cheque (or whatever) for the amount (less the £220 deductions) and see what happens.
Also, I belive you cannot "keep finding" problems whcih will require recification. Any deductions should be stated at check out.
