We own a property which has been tenanted since January 2009 and is subject to a Tenancy Agreement which expires in January 2011. The tenancy was previously managed by an estate agency frim and we will be taking over the managaement on the expiry of the current agreement.
When drawing up a new tenancy agreement for the tenants (who are continuing) should I copy and update the existing agreement or can I produce a whole new agreement based on the RLA Template?
