I have my first tenant moving in at the weekend, at £1235 a month. I need advice on the figures I should put in the boxes marked as follows in section B on the AST:

2. Pay our reasonable costs for sending reminder letters. These will be for each reminder. These will be £XX for each reminder.
3. Pay our reasonable costs for any cheque that does not clear or any unpaid direct debit or debit- or creditcard or standing-order payment. These will be £XX each time this happens.
