John, take look at the thread about "can we charge for cleaning” and you will see the same old problem of somebody else posting using my username, not on purpose of course but that is beside the point.

You PROMISSED me more than once that this had been resolved - this is a complete breach of trust and is unacceptable and probably in breach of data protection. If you cannot control the user status on this forum then it should be taken down until you can. Imaging what might happen if I or other people started to post defamatory threads by hiding behind other users, who could prove who actually made the post ?

It's not acceptable any more and it is unprofessional- what are you going to do about it?
