I HAVE RECENTLY TAKEN OVER THE RUNNING OF MY MOTHER'S HMO'S ( SHE IS NOW 86 YEARS OLD ) ALL THE TENANCY AGREEMENTS HAVE BECOME PERIODIC AND GO BACK AS FAR AS 2006. I WANT TO RENEW THESE AGREEMENTS WITH THE ROOM ONLY AST AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE AND THEN RENEW THEM EVERY SIX MONTHS. CAN I DO THIS AT ANY TIME OR ARE THERE DATES THAT CORRESPOND WITH THE EXISTING AST'S THAT I MUST STICK TO.

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
