Yes I know what you mean but I have told her that its to be paid weekly into my account. I agree about can she manage money so thats why i have a guarantor who is working too. I am a bit unsure but to be honest i have tenants who like meters too. I would hate to pay gas and electric meters but it suits some.They seem to tick over ok.
I was more interested in the legalities.
Course on the plus side I will be getting extra rent over the year.
The original rental was for cal month.
