adding another tenant to the agreement

A four bed house with 3 students on the agreement (they all have the same guarantor who is a solicitor) but I did agree with the tenants that as the house is normally rented to 4 people that they could have one other move in at a later date.
They have now found some one else who has a seperate guarantor and I wonder what is the best way to proceed now. The existing tenancy started on the 3rd September.
